These terms apply to your use of cosmecoart.com and purchases from Cosmecoart (COSMECO). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Orders and product information
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have authorization from a parent or guardian. Product availability is limited, and placing an order does not guarantee stock. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If payment has been taken for a canceled order, it will be refunded.
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors may appear different on different screens. If an item is faulty or materially different from its description, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
Prices and payment
The currency, product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter accepted orders. Payments are processed through the payment services offered at checkout. We do not accept responsibility for unauthorized use of another person's payment details.
Processing, shipping, and changes
Standard processing is 1–7 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional. Please read our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or address correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and provide refund or other available options.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Conditions, return-shipping costs, and refund timing are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over these policies.
Privacy and accounts
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Website content and acceptable use
Our original artwork, photographs, branding, and website content belong to Cosmecoart or their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights. Do not copy or commercially reuse protected content without permission, except as allowed by law. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or interference with its security or operation.
Shopify and third-party services
Shopify provides the platform that hosts our store. Products are sold by Cosmecoart, not Shopify. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Website access may occasionally be interrupted; this does not remove our obligations for accepted orders.
Changes and applicable rights
We may update these terms for future use and orders by posting a revised version. The terms presented when you place your order apply to that purchase. Applicable law governs any dispute, and nothing here prevents you from using consumer protections or remedies available in your jurisdiction.
